Director, Content Strategy

Responsibilities Work with BTI to develop high-impact content strategy Partner with Insights and Product Analytics to harness proprietary data Leverage AskGartner insights to optimize content for client experience Deliver innovation and continuous improvement of the research content portfolio Partner with Product Platform team to enhance Search and Recommendation algorithms Maintain understanding of client needs and Gartner products Lead execution of content initiatives from identification to design and creation Develop business cases and scope opportunities for projects/programs Create and manage success measurement criteria for program improvement Design and deliver communications and presentations to management levels Guide and matrix manage project teams; mentor project managers and team members Support peer teams by sharing expert knowledge and providing training Requirements Bachelors degree plus 7 years relevant experience Solid understanding of the technology industry, major segments, trends and technologies Significant experience managing complex content programs, projects, and processes Experience working with advanced, modular content in a global enterprise context Demonstrated track record of designing and improving business processes Excellent written and oral communication skills Excellent time management & prioritization skills Experience with content management systems Experience in UX principles and algorithmic driven content delivery platforms High fluency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel Proficiency in data and analytics Executive presence for presenting to senior leaders #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
