Litigation Associate — Personal Injury Location: Tulsa, OK. Full‑time. Oklahoma Bar required. No billable hours. Compensation: $130,000–$170,000 total (base salary plus quarterly performance bonus). Uncapped origination bonus available for every case you bring in. You’ll work side‑by‑side with our litigation team to tackle complex fact, legal, and logistical issues — managing cases from the claim process through trial. What You’ll Do Manage plaintiff personal injury caseloads from the claim process through litigation and trial Interact and negotiate with insurance companies and defense counsel Communicate and maintain positive client relationships throughout the life of each case Draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, and other legal documents Conduct and defend depositions Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and jury trials What We’re Looking For Active Oklahoma Bar license (required) At least one year of personal injury litigation experience preferred; strong candidates with relevant civil litigation background considered Eligibility to obtain Missouri Bar license (UBE score or reciprocity) Ability to excel in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills Committed to providing responsive and compassionate client service Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Growth & Leadership Team lead: Guide and support a group of attorneys day‑to‑day Department head: Own strategy and performance across a practice area Mentorship: Shape the next generation of attorneys at the firm New markets: Help open and build offices as the firm expands Why DM Injury Law Uncapped earning potential: High performers earn above the range.
