Job Details:

- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in Skilled Nursing Facilities, familiarity with outpatient therapy protocols, and continuing education in geriatrics or rehabilitative care
- Additional Information: The role requires providing direct patient care, performing assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress according to facility policies. Flexibility with shift schedules within the daytime hours may be necessary to meet operational needs.
