TriCorps Surveillance is the electronic security division of TriCorps. We provide turn-key camera systems, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, and central station monitoring to clients who expect the best. About the Role

We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to grow TriCorps Surveillance's client base across both commercial and residential markets. You will be the face of TriCorps for new prospects, listening to their needs, walking them through the right solutions, and building the kind of trust that keeps clients for life.

What You Will Do
  • Develop new business across commercial verticals including corporate, healthcare, education, retail, industrial, and government, as well as residential clients looking for premium security solutions
  • Sell TriCorps Surveillance's full suite of services including central station monitoring, high-definition camera systems, access control, fire alarm systems, and intrusion detection
  • Conduct site assessments and put together tailored proposals and presentations for key decision-makers
  • Build a strong pipeline through cold outreach, networking, referrals, community involvement, and industry events
  • Communicate clearly and professionally at every step, from the first conversation through contract signing and client onboarding
  • Work closely with our technical and operations teams to make sure every client has a smooth experience after the sale
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while holding to the quality and integrity standards TriCorps is known for
  • Stay connected with existing accounts, look for ways to add value, and identify opportunities to expand the relationship
  • Keep your pipeline and activity up to date in our CRM tools
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, new technology, and what competitors are doing
What We Are Looking For

5 or more years of hands-on experience in the electronic security industry is required. This is not a role for someone new to the field. We need someone who already understands the products, the sales cycle, and the client expectations that come with this industry.
  • Solid working knowledge of central station monitoring, camera systems, access control, fire alarm, and intrusion detection
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical solutions in a way that makes sense to anyone
  • A genuine interest in understanding what each client needs and finding the right fit for them
  • Personal integrity and a work ethic that reflects who we are as a company
  • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable without needing someone looking over your shoulder
  • A track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals
  • Comfort working with CRM software and standard business tools
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and site visits
