You'll start with the Predictive Index (PI) assessment (takes <20 minutes total), then move through structured interviews, work samples, and culture-focused interviews. We respect your time and promise clear, timely communication throughout.

???? Work Location: Onalaska, WI or Hendersonville, TN (Hybrid optional; however, required to be onsite 2 to 3 days per week)

???? Compensation & Benefits

Total Compensation: $63,500 - $86,000 annually

???? Your Purpose

As our Wholesale & Procurement Analyst , you'll use market intelligence, pricing analysis, buyer relationships, and commercial judgment to determine how and where IT equipment should be sold for the strongest return.

You'll analyze market conditions, buyer demand, historical performance, equipment value, inventory levels, and expected margin to establish competitive pricing and identify the best wholesale and resale opportunities. You'll also build strong relationships with buyers, using those relationships and market insights to improve how Dynamic positions and sells equipment continually.

Working closely with Operations and other sales channels, you'll help determine whether equipment should be tested, configured, packaged, harvested, sold as-is, or directed to another channel. Your ability to connect data, market knowledge, and customer insight will help Dynamic move inventory efficiently, reduce aging, strengthen margins, and maximize recovery value.

???? What You'll Do

• Analyze market conditions, historical sales, buyer demand, equipment specifications, and comparable transactions to establish competitive pricing and maximize margin.
• Evaluate available and incoming inventory to identify the strongest markets, buyers, and resale channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective wholesale buyers, using market feedback to identify opportunities and improve returns.
• Analyze sales, pricing, inventory, and market data to identify trends and recommend the best sales channel, including wholesale, ecommerce, auction, or alternative channels.
• Research unfamiliar, specialized, or previously unseen equipment to understand its value, demand, potential buyers, and resale opportunities.
• Partner closely with Operations to determine how equipment should be tested, configured, packaged, grouped, harvested, or otherwise processed to improve marketability and recovery value.
• Maintain visibility into available inventory, incoming equipment, processing activity, and aging material to help prioritize commercial and operational decisions.
• Manage wholesale transactions from equipment review through order completion, shipment, and invoicing.
• Coordinate with buyers, Operations, Logistics, Finance, Ecommerce, and other internal teams to ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, and buyer locations to strengthen relationships and deepen market knowledge.
• Proactively resolve issues that could delay inventory movement, customer delivery, or future opportunities.

???? What You Bring (Briefcase)

• Post-high school education, professional training, or certification in business, supply chain, procurement, finance, marketing, sales, or a related field. Additional relevant experience will be considered in lieu of formal education.
• One to three years of experience in procurement, supply chain, materials or inventory analysis, pricing, wholesale/resale, sales operations, account management, or another commercially focused role.
• Experience using data, market information, or financial considerations to support business decisions.
• Familiarity with commercial transactions, inventory, purchasing, pricing, customer orders, or related business processes.
• Previous experience with IT equipment, electronics, technology resale, commodities, distribution, or a related industry is a plus.
• A valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
• Preferred: Associate degree in business, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• Preferred: B2B buyer, vendor, customer, or account relationship experience.
• Preferred: Experience working with ERP, CRM, accounting, ecommerce, inventory, or related business systems.

• Strong negotiation skills and sound judgment when evaluating pricing, terms, warranties, and return conditions.
• Ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with buyers and prospective customers.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret market conditions, sales history, pricing trends, inventory performance, buyer demand, margin, and profitability to make sound commercial decisions.
• Curiosity and resourcefulness when researching new, uncommon, or unfamiliar technology.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong data-entry, reporting, and data-integrity practices.
• Effective time management, organization, and prioritization in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions, priorities, and customer needs simultaneously.
• Strong cross-functional communication with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and other internal partners.
• Confidence making day-to-day sales decisions, including when to sell, who to sell to, acceptable pricing, and appropriate transaction terms.
• Commercial mindset with an understanding of how purchase price, processing costs, sales price, inventory aging, and market demand influence margin.
