Entry-Level Assembly Associate
Are you someone who enjoys staying active, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work every day? We're hiring Entry-Level Assembly Associates to join a fast-growing production team in Cambridge, MN. No experience is required! Paid training is provided!
Location: Cambridge, MN Wage: $18.00/hr. – 1st Shift | $19.00/hr. – 2nd Shift Hours:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday – Thursday
- Occasional Friday overtime available

Duties of the entry-level manufacturing associate:
- Assemble wood products using blueprints and work instructions
- Use hand tools, hammers, nail guns, and measuring tools
- Measure, cut, and align materials accurately
- Move materials throughout the production facility
- Perfect for recent high school graduates, entry-level job seekers, and anyone looking to start a career in manufacturing
Requirements of the entry-level manufacturing associate:
- Bring your own hammer
- Steel-toe boots required
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. regularly
- Ability to read a tape measure
