Aging Care Associate/Homemaker

Do you want to make a difference in the lives of older adults? Family Pathways Aging Services is hiring a part-time Aging Care Associate/Homemaker, to provide services in clients' homes, including Isanti and Chisago counties. Rate of pay is $16.00/hour with mileage reimbursement, flexible hours, and no weekends! This position is part-time and candidates must be able to work between 15-20 hours/week. There is potential for this to turn into full-time in the future. Candidates must have reliable transportation and live within a reasonable distance to client service areas. Professional or personal experience with older adults is preferred. Homemaker tasks include but are not limited to: Light housekeeping such as sweeping and mopping floors, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, dusting and vacuuming Straightening up the house or apartment Changing bed linens Laundry Menu planning and meal prep Help with decluttering and organizing Visiting with clients during services In addition to being able to perform the above duties, candidates must be self-motivated, reliable and have the ability to work well independently.
