Job Summary
Seeking an experienced CMM Programmer with strong CAMIO/Calypso, Hexagon/PC-DMIS and aerospace metrology experience. The role involves CMM programming, dimensional inspection of complex aerospace components, and supporting FAI and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, edit, and validate CMM programs using CAMIO/Calypso.
- Perform dimensional inspection of complex aerospace components.
- Interpret GD&T, engineering drawings, and 3D CAD models.
- Support FAI/AS9102 inspections and generate inspection reports.
- Validate CMM programs through correlation and repeatability checks.
- Troubleshoot measurement, fixturing, and programming issues.
- Work with Quality and Manufacturing teams on dimensional issues.
- Maintain CMM programs and inspection documentation.
Required Skills
- CMM Programming Mandatory
- CAMIO / Calypso
- Hexagon / PC-DMIS
- Hands-on CMM experience
- Strong GD&T and blueprint reading
- Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience
- Knowledge of AS9100/AS9102
- Experience with tight-tolerance components and dimensional inspection
