Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Previous experience with pediatric populations or within school settings is highly valued
• Proficiency in teletherapy delivery and onsite services for flexibility in student support
• Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Open to both credentialed SLPs and SLPAs with school-based experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to K-5 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on each student’s unique needs
• Provide therapy services both in-person and remotely, as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions, goals, and student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school environment
