Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

SPEECH-LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST – FORSYTH, GEORGIA

Location: Forsyth, Georgia
Assignment Dates: August 3, 2026 – May 21, 2027
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services toK–12 students within Forsyth, Georgia , during the 2026–2027 school year.This is a full-time opportunity supporting students in a school-based setting.

Assignments will be determined based on district needs,clinician experience, and overall fit to ensure the best outcomes for studentsand staff.

Caseload Information

• K–12 student population
• Caseload and school assignments will be discussed during the interview process
• Caseload size is currently to be determined
• Caseloads vary based on grade level and student needs

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field
• Current professional credentials and certifications required to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathology license
• Previous school-based experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations, assessments, and screenings
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
• Participate in meetings, including IEP and eligibility meetings

Screening & Credentialing Requirements

• Successful completion of all district onboarding requirements
• Background check and fingerprint clearance as required by the district and state
• Internal eligibility interview
