You will remain visible, conduct routine patrols, and help to reduce security-related incidents through strong communication and customer service. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.50 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeSat08:00 AM - 04:00 PM Sun08:00 AM - 04:00 PM What You'll Do Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Monitor entry and exit points within a residential community, verify visitor and/or vendor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent security-related screening practices. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting security-related activities according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, common areas, and perimeter to observe conditions, report unusual activity, and support access control operations. Minimum Requirements Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
