External Client Care Coordinator
Comfort Keepers is looking for an energetic, people-focused External Client Care Coordinator to help expand and strengthen the care we provide throughout the Cleona community.
Service Areas: Cleona, Fredericksburg, Lebanon, Myerstown, Annville, Palmyra, Hershey, Manheim, Elizabethtown, Mount Gretna, and surrounding communities.
Your Role
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their care needs and recommend appropriate services
- Develop strong partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, physician offices, and community organizations
- Visit clients to ensure quality care, satisfaction, and ongoing service excellence
- Coordinate care transitions and communicate updates with families and office staff
- Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and improve the overall care experience
- Assist with community events, networking opportunities, and local outreach initiatives
- Work alongside caregivers and office teams to provide seamless service from start to finish
- Maintain detailed client information and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Help resolve concerns quickly while delivering outstanding customer service
- Represent Comfort Keepers professionally within the local community

- Is confident using computers and office software
- Brings a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities
- Has experience in healthcare, sales, customer service, or community outreach (preferred but not required)
- Works well independently while contributing to a collaborative team
