ABR Employment Services is recruiting a Member Experience Representative for a reputable client in the Mosinee area. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service, enjoys helping others reach their financial goals, and thrives in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

Location: Mosinee, WI

Pay: $18.00$20.00/hour

Schedule: Full-time, MondayFriday

Position Overview

The Member Experience Representative plays a key role in delivering a positive, professional, and efficient experience for members across multiple communication channels. This position supports both front-line member interactions and behind-the-scenes service operations.

• Assist members with a wide range of services and provide guidance on products and services that support their financial goals
• Deliver friendly, professional, and confidential service while minimizing member wait times
• Handle administrative and non-phone tasks including processing service requests, updating member records, resolving escalations, and coordinating with internal departments
• Identify opportunities to educate members on additional services or programs that may benefit them
• Support overall member service operations and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 25 years of experience in a credit union or banking environment
• Call center experience preferred
• Strong operational knowledge of banking or credit union processes
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with members and staff
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
