Role Summary Shift Manager – responsible for leading weekly shifts, ensuring a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers, managing staff and department performance, and maintaining quality, safety, and profitability. Strong team‑player attitude with flexibility and a passion for fast‑paced operations. Must be 18 years or older.
