Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising (TCIA) Associate Attorney - Junior

Perkins Coie LLP , a leading international law firm, is seeking an attorney with two to four years of experience to work with our Trademark, Copyright, Internet & Advertising practice in our Seattle office. Roles and Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, and enforcement. Advise on the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board and Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy. Handle copyright counseling, filing, and prosecution matters. Advise businesses ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies on all facets of trademark, copyright, and domain name practice, including enforcement of rights. Qualifications Two to four years of experience as an attorney. Strong academic credentials. Excellent legal writing skills. Proven track record in trademark, copyright, and domain name practice. Experience in a large law firm setting preferred. Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and in a group. Compensation and Benefits Compensation range: $235,000 to $310,000. Eligible for annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.
