Are you a sharp, motivated attorney — new grad to 7 years out — who wants to do serious trial work on cases that matter?

We are a boutique plaintiff-side law firm focused exclusively on brain injury cases. Our founder, Jason Baker, is a nationally recognized TBI litigator and faculty instructor for the AAJ's inaugural Traumatic Brain Injury College. We don't just handle these cases — we help teach the country how to litigate them.

We're growing, and we need someone ready to grow with us.

⚖️ What You'll Do

You will be in the trenches on real litigation from day one — discovery, depositions (taking and defending), motions practice, and trial. This is not a document review role. You will work directly with Jason on complex brain injury cases, throughout Washington and beyond.

What We're Looking For

· J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school; admitted or pending admission to the Washington State Bar

· New graduate to 7 years of practice — we will invest in the right person

· Excellent legal research and writing skills (law review background a plus)

· Trial advocacy experience or training (moot court, mock trial, trial advocacy program a plus)

· Genuine interest in plaintiff-side personal injury and brain injury law

· Enthusiasm for learning and applying AI tools in legal practice

· Reliable, fast home internet connection (firm supplies all hardware and software)

Location & Schedule

Currently fully remote. Office is in Issaquah but will be relocated between Renton and Bellevue, WA and transition to a hybrid schedule. You must be willing and able to commute to the Issaquah/Eastside area when needed.
