Regional Asset Protection Manager

The Regional Asset Protection Manager is responsible for executing asset protection initiatives across an assigned geographic region. This role partners closely with Regional Sales Directors and field leadership to safeguard company assets, reduce losses related to theft and fraud, improve operational accountability, and support safety and compliance programs. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and skilled at building strong business partnerships while driving results.

Key responsibilities include serving as a direct business partner to Regional Sales Directors and regional leadership teams, driving execution of asset protection programs across an assigned geographic area, conducting investigations involving internal and external theft, fraud, and policy violations, identifying asset protection vulnerabilities and developing strategies to mitigate risk, leveraging data analytics, tactical planning, and field partnerships to improve asset protection performance, supporting operational processes and procedures designed to reduce theft, fraud, and operational loss, managing asset protection operating and capital expenses, including travel, supplies, and repairs, leading execution of company safety programs to reduce workers' compensation and general liability incidents, communicating regularly with key stakeholders to identify issues, resolve problems, and drive accountability, providing asset protection training and coaching to store team members, and performing additional duties and special projects as assigned.

We are looking for candidates with 3–5 years of multi-unit Asset Protection experience, a bachelor's degree preferred, strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, the ability to assess risk and develop practical solutions, experience facilitating technical training for non-technical audiences, excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, the ability to build strong partnerships across multiple levels of the organization, and a willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
