Family Practice/Primary Care Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established Post Acute Care team in Southeast Tennessee. This full-time position offers a four-day schedule, clinical autonomy, and strong support while caring for patients in skilled nursing facilities.
