Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time (In-Person) Salary: $28 - $31 per hour Mileage Reimbursement: $0.70 per mile for travel between clients Flexible Scheduling: Afternoons, evenings, and weekends available! Responsibilities Engage clients in fun & meaningful activities such as games, walks, crafts, and other preference-based activities. Help prevent challenging behaviors by applying proactive behavior strategies and antecedent-based interventions. Provide caregiver relief and support by giving parents and caregivers a break while ensuring the client is in safe and caring hands. Receive hands‑on training and support from BCBAs and Mid‑Level Supervisors. Advance your career in ABA by pursuing professional development opportunities and pathways to becoming an RBT or BCBA.
