Surgery - Thoracic Physician

Are you a Cardiothoracic Surgery physician searching for your next locum tenens opportunity? This position with one of VISTA's healthcare partners in Montana might be the perfect fit for you!

• Schedule: 1:3 call rotation every month ongoing, Thursday at 7AM MST through Monday at 7AM MST
• Job Setting: Hospital, Level 2 Trauma Center
• Types of Cases:
  • General CV/thoracic surgery (Open and Endoscopic - Preferred)
  • Coronary artery bypass surgery on pump (Required)
  • Valvular repair and replacement (Required)
  • Aneurysm repair - Cardiac (Required)
  • Lung resection including VATs (Preferred)
  • Chest wall or pleural procedures (Preferred)
  • Evaluation and management of acute vol/BP issues (Required)
  • Insertion of Central line, Arterial line, PA catheter, IABP (Required)
  • Vent Management and Bronchoscopy (Preferred)
• Credentialing: Estimated 90 days, 2 years fellowship required

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Board Certified only
• Licensure: Active Montana license or IMLC, DEA Required
