About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead a team that is dedicated to the day-to-day operations and media support for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing processes and best practices to ensure client success, with a focus on client operations, financial operations, and investment operations. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, the ability to see potential risks and mitigate them, and a direct, client-facing demeanor. The VP will be the main point of contact for legal and procurement matters, manage the operations project portfolio, and work closely with the client lead on SOW management. Additionally, the role involves financial management, including owning the financials for clients, and ensuring that all tools and processes are set up for the client and new team members. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in media and advertising, with at least 5 years' in a management role. The ideal candidate will have a background in both client and media/investment operations within a media agency. Key qualifications include the ability to work independently and collaboratively, exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects effectively. Strong attention to detail and experience in coaching and developing others are also essential. Experience with client transition and new business transitions is a plus.
