About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the strategic and executional aspects of its global expansion. The successful candidate will be a senior leader with a proven track record in a physical-product business, particularly at a scale and complexity that exceeds the current operations of the company. This role is at the forefront of the company's growth, with a focus on redefining production setups, tech and ERP ecosystems, and global supply chain design to support the next phase of scale. The VP of Operations will be responsible for owning the strategic blueprint for the global production and supply chain network, developing processes and structures to support increased scale, and leading the integration and automation of operational systems. A key aspect of the role is the establishment of clear operational KPIs and management routines, as well as cross-functional collaboration to optimize overall execution. The ideal candidate for this role at the company is a builder and an operator, comfortable with both high-level strategic thinking and the operational details necessary for implementation. They should have a minimum of 10 years' of senior operational leadership experience, with a strong background in scaling and category expansion, and a mastery of systems and process. The role requires a leader with a data-driven, problem-solving approach, and the ability to be a strategic partner to the COO. The VP of Operations will also be instrumental in the development of the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and resilience. This is a high-impact position that offers the autonomy to lead transformational projects and is suited to a candidate who is ready to take on the challenges of a rapidly growing, global brand.
