Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive development and execution of sales enablement content that supports business line goals. The role emphasizes creation of sales collateral and presentation materials, with strong PowerPoint proficiency and basic design capabilities. The specialist will collaborate with agencies and cross-functional partners to ensure all deliverables are on brand, compliant, and aligned with laws, regulations, and bank policies. The role requires independent execution, cross-group collaboration, and an ability to pivot based on business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales enablement content, including sales collateral and presentation assets.
• Leverage PowerPoint templates to build branded, compliant presentation materials for sales teams.
• Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality, on-brand content.
• Collaborate with leadership to coordinate, develop, and execute content that supports sales objectives.
• Ensure all content adheres to applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies.
• Provide solutions and resolve issues to meet business line objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in sales content development with basic design exposure.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, including use of templates for efficient content population.
• Experience in financial services, preferably payments or investment services.
• Writing experience, preferably focused on sales collateral.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Six or more years of related experience in marketing and marketing strategy with a record of delivering results.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to lead projects and deliver data-driven, customer-centric marketing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time and on budget.
• Collaboration with research and leadership to adapt strategies based on findings and results.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, team building, and presentation skills.
• Proficient computer navigation across common software packages.
• MBA or equivalent markers of high achievement.

Work Arrangement & Hours:

• Hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week onsite.
• Core hours 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT with some flexibility.
