Senior Mortgage & Wealth Legal Counsel
Bank of America
Bank of America is seeking an experienced mortgage counsel to provide legal guidance for residential mortgage servicing, including custom loan products, loss mitigation, workouts and modifications.
The role requires bar admission, at least 7 years in mortgage law, and strong skills in drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex documents, with a focus on regulatory compliance and government examinations.
