Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Sacramento, CA. The Supervisor will lead by example in delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving sales, and ensuring the team meets store performance goals. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, mentoring and motivating associates, ensuring adherence to company standards, and managing inventory or merchandising flow. The Supervisor will work collaboratively with leadership to create an engaging and inclusive store environment.
