This individual must have excellent time and caseload management skills, be highly organized, use critical and strategic thinking, and be flexible. Provide training, consultation, guidance and leadership to DSH's EEO Investigators. Objectively evaluate EEO complaints and investigative reports. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Provide direct supervision for three to four team members/EEO Investigators. Review all internal EEO investigations, management inquiries, and responses to external agencies (i.e., Civil Rights Department (CRD) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)). Provide guidance to DSH managers and supervisors on the statewide EEO program. Assist with the development and implementation of EEO policies, procedures, and trainings.
