Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Opportunity

North Knoxville Medical Center is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a well-established, collaborative anesthesia team. North Knoxville Medical Center is a modern acute care hospital located in Powell, Tennessee. The facility is designed to support an exceptional patient experience while providing an efficient, provider-friendly clinical environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments
• Obtain and verify informed consent
• Discuss anesthesia plans, expectations, and potential risks with patients
• Administer anesthesia throughout induction, maintenance, and emergence
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures and intervene as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists, surgeons, nursing staff, and the broader perioperative team

Qualifications include:

• Master's degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
• Current or eligible CRNA licensure in Tennessee
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to patient-centered care

Compensation and benefits include:

• Base salary starting at $240,000
• $75,000 sign-on bonus with flexible payout options
