Stand-Up Forklift Operator / Warehouse Associate

Keep materials moving in a fast-paced warehouse. Operate a stand-up forklift safely. Work a four-day schedule. Build long-term potential in a temp-to-hire role.

• Compensation: $18.00 per hour

• Job Site Location: Spanish Fork, UT

• Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 2:30 PM-1:00 AM

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Anticipated Start Date: ASAP

• Build valuable stand-up forklift, warehouse, and material handling experience

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials, products, and inventory throughout the warehouse

• Load, unload, stage, and relocate materials to support efficient warehouse and production operations

• Pick, move, and organize inventory accurately according to work orders and location requirements

• Maintain accurate product placement and inventory organization within designated warehouse areas

• Inspect forklift equipment before use and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns

• Follow warehouse safety procedures, traffic rules, and established material-handling practices

• Keep aisles, staging areas, and workspaces clean and organized to promote a safe work environment

• Work with warehouse, production, shipping, and receiving team members to keep materials moving efficiently

Required:

• Ability to safely operate a stand-up forklift and complete required site-specific powered industrial truck training and evaluation

• Ability to follow safety procedures, work instructions, and warehouse policies

• Strong attention to detail when moving, staging, and organizing inventory

• Dependable attendance and ability to work Monday-Thursday from 2:30 PM-1:00 AM

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment

• Ability to communicate and work effectively as part of a team

Preferred:

• Previous stand-up forklift, reach truck, or powered industrial truck experience

• Previous warehouse, material handler, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience

• Experience using warehouse inventory systems, scanners, or similar equipment
