We are looking to hire a dedicated Warehouse Manager to join our team who will support our head office in the UK from our growing Doral facility. Summary Responsible for the end-to-end management of warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, stock, and dispatch functions within the Miami warehouse. Acting as a key liaison between department managers and Heads of Department in the UK to ensure efficient workflow, ensure priorities are met and support company goals through effective logistics and warehouse management. The role involves managing the team independently with the support and guidance of the UK, requiring strong people management skills, ability to prioritize, have decision making ability and logistics knowledge. Adhering to and enforcing quality standards at all times is imperative in line with regulations. Key Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse functions including goods receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure the smooth, efficient, and timely processing of all inbound and outbound parts Monitor Goods In and Dispatch inboxes to ensure timely responses and prioritization Supervise day to day workload and allocate resources effectively across operations Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant warehouse environment Ensure compliance with Quality standards, Repair Station Manual, ISO standards, Export Control and FAA regulations Resolve operational constraints to maintain continuous workflow Oversee logistics activities for the movement of goods between suppliers, facilities, and customers Ensure shipments meet customer requirements, contractual agreements, and shipping standards Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and maintain operational flow Develop and implement plans to ensure continuous improvement and efficient running of the warehouse Liaise with the Avtrade UK Logistics team to coordinate the timely preparation and release of all domestic and international import/export shipments. As required, engage with the logistics network to expedite shipment delays, arrange collections, and carry out any other tasks deemed necessary by the Avtrade UK Logistics team. Lead, supervise, and develop the team Ensure adequate staffing levels and resource planning to support operational demands Manage recruitment, training, development, and performance of team members Conduct, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes where required Mentor and motivate teams to deliver efficient and high‑quality output Organize and lead regular team meetings and communications Act as the primary liaison between the Miami warehouse and UK logistics, and other internal departments Work closely with supervisors and managers to ensure resource alignment and operational continuity Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors Attend and contribute to operational and management meetings via Teams and travelling to the UK HQ as necessary Resolve internal and external queries, issues, and complaints effectivelyMonitor departmental performance and produce KPIs, statistics, and reports Analyze productivity and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels Drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability Skills, Knowledge & Experience Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (preferred) Proven experience in warehouse and logistics management Strong knowledge of receiving, dispatch, inventory, and warehouse disciplines Experience within aviation or regulated environments advantageous Strong leadership and people management skills Ability to prioritize, manage workloads, and lead teams effectively Strong analytical, reporting, and problem‑solving capability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and ERP systems (e.g. Quantum) Ability to work independently and work collaboratively across all levels of the organization Key Behaviors Results-driven and performance-focused Strong leadership and team development mindset Proactive, solutions‑oriented approach High attention to detail and quality Flexible and adaptable Additional Requirements Flexibility in working hours to support operational needs Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Multilingual capability (e.g. English/Spanish) advantageous Ability to travel You embody our values CUSTOMER FOCUS HONESTY TEAMWORK FLEXIBILITY CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT OWNERSHIP We offer a comprehensive total compensation and benefits package.
