ServiceNow Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect to lead our platform strategy and governance, drive solution architecture and design, and manage integrations and AI leadership. This role is crucial for aligning technology solutions with business objectives and mentoring development teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 12 years in IT with 6 years specifically focused on ServiceNow architecture, solution design, and implementation.
- Deep hands-on proficiency with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, HTML, CSS, and Angular JS.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM frameworks, CMDB design, and Service Mapping.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale global deployments, multi-instance strategies, and complex platform upgrades.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
- Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Multiple Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Define platform roadmaps and establish architectural standards.
- Design complex, multi-workflow solutions across various modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and App Engine.
- Engage with C-suite executives and business leaders to align technology solutions with overarching business objectives.
- Mentor, coach, and conduct technical reviews for development teams.
