Chief Executive Officer

The client seeks a Chief Executive Officer to guide the organization into its next era. The CEO will expand the client’s influence through strengthened partnerships and elevated leadership across conservation, education, and guest experience. The role includes stewarding relationships with state and county partners, maintaining the client’s strong reputation for animal wellbeing, and ensuring meaningful, accessible, and inspiring experiences for a large annual guest audience. The CEO will lead an engaged governance structure by reporting to a board of directors and overseeing executive leadership responsible for a sizable team of full-time and seasonal staff.
