Salt Lake City, United States | Posted on 02/09/2026 Plan and organize company meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and catering when necessary Coordination of building/office access for office staff, guests, and reserving meeting rooms when applicable Liaising with corporate finance team to ensure submission of monthly expense reports and deposit checks sent to office Create and maintain comprehensive and accurate meeting notes (CEO and other senior leaders) Assist in managing the CEO’s calendar, including making appointments, prioritizing the most sensitive matters, and overall calendar optimization Contribute to special project initiatives assigned by CEO & other senior leaders Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements Requirements Qualifications 2+ years work experience and a drive to succeed Responsible professional with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills Outstanding organizational and time management skills Resourceful problem solver able to anticipate and proactively solve issues that may arise #J-18808-Ljbffr
