Chief People Officer - Build HR for Growing Skilled Nursing

Sila Healthcare is seeking a VP of Human Resources to lead and shape the people strategy for a growing skilled nursing operator. Based in Salt Lake City, you will direct recruiting, onboarding, compensation, benefits, HRIS, and compliance while partnering with executives on workforce planning and organizational design.
You’ll drive scalable processes, lead leadership development, and manage risk across multi-site facilities, with travel to Texas to support acquisitions and openings.
