Job Title: Asset Management Coordinator – Aerospace Aftermarket (Lease & Exchange Support)

Location: Chula Vista, CA (Onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Asset Management Coordinator to join our Asset Management Program (AMP) team in Chula Vista, CA . In this role, you will support the lease and exchange of major aerospace components, ensuring exceptional service for airline and Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul (MRO) customers. You will coordinate with internal teams to manage customer requests, asset availability, and transaction processing while supporting critical Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding asset availability, lease requests, exchange transactions, and quotations for major rotable aerospace components.
• Support airlines and MRO facilities across Aerostructures OE aircraft and engine configurations, including urgent Aircraft on Ground (AOG) requirements.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely, accurate, and professional support.
• Coordinate with internal teams including Aftermarket Technical Services, Distribution Centers, Licensing, Finance, Pricing, and MRO partners to ensure smooth transaction execution.
• Maintain and update customer, asset, and transaction data within Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce .
• Track asset movements, customer requests, and transaction status while ensuring service commitments are met.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and support continuous process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer support or customer service experience .
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to solve customer issues using established processes and systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the aerospace or aviation industry .
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce CRM .
• Ability to create and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Knowledge of aerospace aftermarket operations, rotable components, or asset management is a plus.
