We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our property management team! The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of property management or leasing experience , a background in affordable housing , and strong proficiency in ResMan software. This role supports the Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations while ensuring exceptional service for both residents and prospects.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations, leasing, renewals, and resident relations.

• Communicate effectively with residents and prospects.

• Utilize ResMan to manage resident records, applications, lease files, and financial reporting.

• Support rent collection, payment processing, and delinquency follow-up.

• Handle resident inquiries and resolve concerns in a professional, timely manner.

• Help coordinate maintenance requests, inspections, and vendor services.

• Step in to lead the office when the Property Manager is unavailable.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of property management or leasing experience (required)

• Affordable housing experience (required)

• ResMan software experience (required)

• Bilingual is a plus

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A proactive, professional, and dependable team player
