Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.99 / Hour Job Schedule: Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food production and distribution environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facility buildings, employee and visitor areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report irregular conditions or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
