Licensed Independent Social Worker

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Independent Social Worker to join our team! You will assess and treat individuals with mental, emotional, or substance abuse problems, including abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and/or other drugs. Activities may include individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, client advocacy, prevention, and education Responsibilities: Assess nature of clients' situations by interviewing and reviewing personal history Carry caseload of 15-20 clients Develop and execute individual treatment plans Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress Communicate client updates to all relevant parties Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs Maintain accurate client documentation Qualifications: Licensed Social Worker Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields At least 5years previous work experience in behavioral health care/social services.
