We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a long-term care facility in East Boston. Our new management team is committed to improving staffing ratios, elevating resident care, and creating a supportive, professional environment where nurses can thrive.

  • Shift Differentials:
    • $1.00/hour
    • $1.50/hour
    • $2.00/hour for Weekend Night Shifts
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate nursing care and support to residents during overnight hours
  • Observe, monitor, and document resident health status and vital signs
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Collaborate with RNs, Unit Managers, and the interdisciplinary care team
  • Respond promptly to resident needs and changes in condition
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and state regulations
  • Foster a safe, professional, and resident-centered overnight environment
Qualifications
  • Current Massachusetts LPN license
  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, resident-focused care
