Quality Control Coordinator

Job Overview Evergreen Innovation Group, part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivated Quality Control Coordinator to assist in visually inspecting all products going through the factory within their assigned areas in Surprise, AZ. The role requires a professional, courteous, and non-biased manner, with a team approach. The coordinator inspects products—including components and subcomponents—visually and with aids such as gauges, tape measures, and various inspection tools. They provide a pass or fail outcome for all work and assist in creating and uploading documents into the company’s database related to all quality processes. Responsibilities Work with the quality lead inspector to identify quality issues and ensure the highest quality product. Collaborate professionally with area leads, production personnel, weld technicians (including robots), and other staff to report, address, and document quality issues and concerns. Document and track all quality inspections using electronic reporting applications, paper documents, and other assigned methods. Read and understand production/finish details and spool sheets. Create and implement proper quality checks utilizing tools. Attend training that supports job functions and responsibilities. Manage and maintain document creation, flow, distribution, and uploading (digital and hard copies). Aid in training new and existing employees. Meet quality inspection requirements to assist in production flow. Review, control, and improve documentation. Create a positive, respectful, and productive team atmosphere. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Cross-train and assist Quality Control Inspectors in various areas, including the Finish Shop. Actively promote a safe working environment throughout the entire factory. Required Skills and Abilities Strong listening and communication skills. Ability to identify and resolve complex issues. Effective participation in a team environment. Proficiency in using measuring tapes, micrometers, calipers, multimeters, and other measuring devices. Ability to operate electronic devices such as an iPhone and iPad. Competence with Microsoft Suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A willingness to acquire new skills and embrace emerging technologies. A strong work ethic and a can‑do attitude. Education and Experience 3+ years of construction industry experience. Driver's license and reliable transportation. OSHA30 and state license preferred but not required. Physical Requirements Dress appropriately for the work performed and meet all company safety requirements. Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying. Exposure to varying temperatures and indoor conditions.
