Responsibilities Meet with pre‑qualified homeowners who have requested consultations. Run in‑home sales appointments and present tailored window and door solutions. Build trust, uncover customer needs, and guide decision‑making. Deliver clear proposals and confidently close deals. Generate referrals through strong customer relationships. Qualifications Sales experience preferred (in‑home, B2C, retail, or consultative sales) but not required. Strong closing, objection‑handling, and communication skills. Confidence working independently and managing a pipeline. Ability to connect with homeowners and build trust quickly. Drive to maximize income through performance. Additional Requirements Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor‑vehicle record. Flexibility for appointments with customers. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
