CNC Operator

Weekday 1st Shift

BluePrint Engines is looking for a motivated and dependable employee that would like to learn and run CNC machines. Your duties would include multiple aspects of machining, including loading/unloading machines, monitoring and quality control inspections. If you don’t have previous experience, it’s not necessary, eager to provide training. If you have an eye for quality and the drive to learn, we’d like to meet you.

 

BluePrint Engines is a family-oriented manufacturing environment in a clean, air conditioned and heated facility that is rapidly growing in Kearney, Nebraska.

 

After training is completed, your responsibilities would include, but not limited to:

• Set up, loading, adjusting and operating CNC machines.
• Supervise machines while they execute the program to produce a quality product and achieve production targets
• Able to follow work instructions to achieve desired result
• Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure the functionality
• Inspect product using precision measuring tools, such as gauges
• Fill out required performance documentation such as production and quality control logs
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

 

Previous CNC Machine Operating experience is not required. The ideal candidate would be able to learn the following:

• Time Management Skills

 

1st Shift Full Time Position

• Monday - Thursday, 4 am - 4:30 pm
• 4 Day Work Week
• No Weekends
• Standard 48 hour work week
