Un Día en la Vida

En este rol estratégico, reportarás directamente a la Dirección de la División de Belleza Dermatológica en Perú, liderando y transformando nuestro equipo de visita médica para acelerar la recomendación científica de marcas icónicas como La Roche-Posay, CeraVe y Vichy.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

Estrategia y Planificación: Diseñarás e implementarás la estrategia de visita médica alineada con los objetivos de la división, optimizando presupuestos y herramientas promocionales.
Liderazgo de Equipos: Dirigirás, entrenarás y motivarás a supervisores y visitadores, definiendo objetivos claros y garantizando su capacitación continua.
Análisis y Desempeño: Monitorearás los KPIs de prescripción y ventas mediante herramientas CRM (Veeva) y evaluarás el retorno de inversión (ROI).
Relaciones Médicas y Ética: Coordinarás eventos científicos de alto nivel y asegurarás el estricto cumplimiento de los estándares éticos de la industria.

Lo Que Buscamos

Buscamos un perfil altamente experimentado en visita médica y liderazgo de equipos, con:

formación en negocios
Sólida experiencia previa (+8 años) liderando equipos de visita médica en el sector farmacéutico o dermocosmético.
Dominio de herramientas digitales y CRM (Veeva o similares).
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación científica y análisis de datos.
Mentalidad estratégica, orientada al desarrollo de talento y al logro de objetivos.
