Key responsibilities include:

• Providing individual, family, and/or group therapy to clients based on clinical need and licensure
• Assessing readiness for services, developing treatment plans, and documenting progress in accordance with agency guidelines
• Participating in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborating on integrated care
• Utilizing DSM-5 criteria for diagnosis and treatment planning
• Referring clients to appropriate internal and external resources as needed
• Engaging in ongoing clinical training and supervision opportunities
• Maintaining compliance with all agency, state, and federal documentation standards
• Participating in staff huddles, team supervision, and case consults
• Working Monday through Friday—no weekends or holidays required

Requirements, skills, knowledge, and expertise include:

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology required

• Working knowledge of DSM-5 required

• PLPC, LPC, LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, or PMFT license in Missouri required

Royal Oaks Hospital serves all acute behavioral health care inpatient needs for children and adolescents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
