Adecco is hiring for Machine Operators in the Rochester, NH area! We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join a growing manufacturing team. These are temp-to-hire opportunities offering overtime incentives , and excellent benefits upon hire
Pay: $20/HR - $25/HR+ based on shift and experienceAvailable Shifts
- 1st Shift: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: Monday-Friday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor injection molding and production equipment
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and make basic adjustments
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Qualifications
- Prior experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently or on a team

Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
