Management Analyst

Job Title

The purpose of this position is to provide a variety of specialized administrative and analytical support services for the Economic Development functions of the Community Development Department.

This position will work cross-departmentally to establish and streamline processes and communication procedures that coordinate the work of all departments and support efficient, predictable review and approval processes.

Responsibilities include assisting with the implementation of departmental, operational, and City-wide programs and policies; supporting economic development initiatives and business engagement efforts; coordinating assigned activities with other City departments, outside agencies, local businesses, and the public; and performing other related duties as required.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker who is collaborative and committed to excellent customer service.

First review date of applications is Monday, August 24, 2026. This is a part-time position requiring approximately 19 hours per week. The selected candidate must maintain a consistent work schedule during regular office hours, either Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or Monday through Thursday, 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
