Salary: $31-$38 per hour

Position Summary:

The residential Wireman focuses on wiring and troubleshooting residential electrical systems, ensuring work is performed safely, accurately, and in compliance with NEC and local codes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and wire electrical systems in new and existing residential structures.
• Obtain and transport materials as needed to ensure timely project execution and minimize job-site delays.
• Install and troubleshoot outlets, switches, panels, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Inspect electrical systems and identify hazards, defects, and necessary repairs.
• Ensure all work meets NEC and local building code requirements
• Maintains clean, organized, and safe job sites, and Connex
• Communicate clearly with homeowners, supervisors, and team members.
• Complete work orders and necessary documentation accurately and on time.
• Assist field managers within the housing community.
• Complete Hi Power Electrics QC checklist.
• Handles warranties independently.
• Proficient in Rough/Trim installation.
• Other as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Residential Wireman License
• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and local residential codes
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in tight spaces (attic, crawl spaces)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• OSHA 10 preferred certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with smart home installations (thermostats, cameras, EV Chargers) a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Customer service skills and professional appearance.
