Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing medications accurately and in a timely manner
• Managing prescriptions via electronic systems
• Assisting in medication therapy management and patient counseling
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use
• Utilizing IT systems such as Cerner and Omnicell for prescription handling and inventory, transitioning soon to Epic

Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with demonstrated expertise in pharmacy operations
• Proficient in using electronic pharmacy systems, preferably Cerner and Omnicell
• Comfortable adapting to upcoming system upgrades, including Epic implementation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality
