We are currently seeking a Atlassian Solution Architect to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

Atlassian Solution Architect

Role Purpose
Lead the architecture, administration, optimization, and innovation of the Atlassian platform, driving AI, automation, and operational excellence across Jira, JSM, and Confluence.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and administer Jira, Jira Service Management (JSM), and Confluence.
• Optimize Atlassian tools, workflows, governance, and user experience.
• Develop integrations using Atlassian REST APIs.
• Drive adoption of Atlassian Rovo AI, AI, and automation initiatives.
• Identify platform improvement opportunities and proactively implement solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and execute the Atlassian roadmap.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and scalability.

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Jira, JSM, and Confluence administration.
• Experience with Atlassian REST APIs and integrations.
• Expertise in Atlassian platform optimization and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Atlassian Rovo AI.
• Ability to work independently and drive solutions with minimal direction.
• Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for AI, automation, and continuous improvement.

Work Schedule

• Available to work from 3:00 PM to 12:30 AM IST .
