LPN - Rehab

This position requires availability for a night shift from 19:00 to 07:30, every other weekend.

We are seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time shift role. The ideal candidate will bring commitment and flexibility as this role operates on a local rate basis with guaranteed hours.

Ensure the delivery of high-quality care during assigned shifts.

Collaborate with team members to provide effective patient support.

Maintain clear and accurate patient records as required.

Candidates must possess relevant experience and appropriate licensure as per the requirements of the role.
