Job Description

The CNC Machine Operator will play a critical role in a medium-sized team (6-10 members) responsible for operating and maintaining various CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines. This position demands precision and technical skill to ensure quality production while adhering to safety standards. The operator will work across multiple shifts to meet production demands.

 

Responsibilities

• Setup and operate CNC machines such as lathes and milling machines
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
• Handle materials efficiently throughout the production process
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime
• Monitor production progress and machine performance

 

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in CNC machining
• Proficient in machine setup and blueprint reading
• Strong quality control skills
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving and time management abilities
